Have been here a number of times after church for brunch. Have had their terrific deli sandwiches and very good matzo ball soup. The portions are large and often I will pack some up for same-day dinner. Lately, we've been having breakfast - specifically the vegi omelet ($13.49). What's there to say about a vegi omelet? It's egg with vegi inside - right? For some reason, the omelet here is outstanding. The egg is cooked well and is stuffed with peppers, onion, mushroom and tomatoes. Like - stuffed. And you get a choice of cheese. I got the pepper jack and my partner got the Swiss. The pepper jack is spicy and delicious. The home fries are perfect every time and the choice of bread includes a bagel and cream cheese. I got the onion bagel - the bagel is large and well done with a good sized serving of cream cheese. On top of everything, there's a complimentary pickle bar, with dill, half-sour, sweet and sour pickles, sauerkraut and pickled beets. In the past, the beets were dried out but the last two times we were here, the beets were moist and fresh and delicious. I recommend this place. It's normally crowded, but worth the wait. Only downside is that, depending on where you are seated, it can be crazy loud. The center restaurant area is fine, but if you are seated in the smaller area to the left, be prepared for noise from your neighbors if it's crowded.

I was very impressed with the falafel wrap I had for dinner. The complimentary pickle bar was very good as well. Management and staff are very informative and friendly.

Parkway Deli and Restaurant crafts the finest deli food in town. We had a large group meet there over the weekend. They were so friendly and the service was awesome. Our group hadn't seen each other in a while and our waitress was so kind. She had to come back several times before we were ready to order. She stayed so pleasant and got all of our orders correct. I ordered the nova lox platter. It was filled with hand cut nova lox, that was delicious. There was cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, onion, olives, and lettuce. I was in heaven. My friends all ordered omelettes. They loved them. Before, I left I ordered corned beef, turkey, and two kinds of cookies. Everything was perfect. I had sandwiches for days and the cookies passed my granddaughters taste test. They were mouthwatering and delicious. Everything was reasonably priced and it was phenomal. Parkway Deli and restaurant sets the standard for what a deli should be. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

This is the classic & affordable diner location (on Grubb Road!) that's been here forever. Nothing much has changed which is the charm. Let's be clear - why does anyone go.... Best matzoh ball soup ever! Tasty matzoh balls in real hearty and chunky chicken soup. You want it if you are under the weather or if you are perfectly healthy. I have found no other matzoh ball soup than can beat this one- even in NYC! And the sandwiches.... Yes- get it. You will order too much so you can take it home or just loosen the pants and eat it all! Actually, it may best if you plan ahead and wear elastic waistband pants. Don't forget the pickle bar- a must have for vegetarians and non vegetarians.

Where do I even begin? This is a fan / family favorite because year after year, it provides consistently good food at reasonable prices in an atmosphere that feels family oriented for all ages. My husband started with the matzoh ball soup which had huge chunks of chicken -- just wow!!! Then, he had a Greek salad and my mom had the fiesta salad -- both with more chicken. My son had the meatball sub with sweet potato fries -- he only wished they came with maple syrup (and no we didn't ask). I had the chopped liver appetizer followed by the chili bowl -- both made me so happy because they were delicious and perfectly done. Our server was fast and pleasant too. I really appreciate this place!

love parkway - usually get a Reuben (spicy pastrami is my favorite) along with cheesecake. Order at the counter and pay up front or there's a restaurant in the back

Such a hidden gem! I've been here several times and always enjoy time here. This deli is always crowded, so be prepared to wait for seats, especially if you come on the weekend. The place is a bit dark and noisy, and the service is minimal. The menu includes classic breakfast items as well as Jewish dishes. So even if you are a picky eater or vegetarian, I think you would find something to eat. I thought I would wait for a long time for food, but the food arrived pretty quickly and fresh. Also, you can enjoy the complimentary pickle bar, offering various cucumbers, peppers, and sauerkraut. My favorite is beets by the way! The meals are solid and affordable. Pancakes were simple but fluffy and crisp. Matzo ball soup was flavorful and tasty, although it was a bit lukewarm. The breakfast quesadilla was quite a big portion and good to share with other people. I've tried cappuccino and latte, but the espresso here is very weak and bland. Also, plates or mugs are sometimes yet greasy and sticky, which is disappointing. I like coming here to start a weekend with my husband!
